Grand Opening of Auriton Group’s Beijing Branch

On March 17, 2018, at the Asia Hotel in Beijing, Auriton Group celebrated the grand opening of its Beijing branch. The day brought a rare occurrence as snowfall blanketed Beijing, breaking a 145-day drought without rain.

Guests from all over the country gathered for the ceremony, including a 12-member delegation specially flown in from Australia. At 2:00 p.m., violin music played as guests individually signed the registration wall before being escorted to their seats by our staff. We prepared gifts of premium Penfolds wine from Australia for all attendees.

At 2:30 p.m., the host announced the official start of the opening ceremony. Through a promotional video showcasing Australia, guests gained a vivid understanding of the country. Following that, Jessica, a director of Auriton Group and a registered lawyer with the Australian Immigration Bureau, took the stage to explain the company’s recent achievements in Australia. This included real estate development projects in Melbourne, Sydney, and Queensland, as well as the company’s journey and the differences between China and Australia in education, property investment, and retirement welfare.

At 3:00 p.m., the host played a video message from a prominent guest from Australia, Mike Yang. He is currently the first Chinese advisor to the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, as well as an advisor to the Minister for Trade and Small Business and the only Asian member of the Department of Tourism, Sport, and Major Events. Mr. Yang described significant opportunities for cooperation between China and Australia in energy investment, trade, agricultural exports, tourism, and education, all of which are in the interests of the people of both countries. He expressed his hope that Auriton’s Beijing branch would play a significant role in the region, providing the most professional services to meet the respective needs of both nations’ people, and he wished the branch a successful opening.

Following that, Arthur Gong, a director and general manager of the group company, and Andy Sheng, a director and general manager of the Beijing branch, took the stage to deliver their speeches and express gratitude to the attending guests. They jointly drew nine prizes (healthcare gift sets from Australia) to be presented to the lucky guests.

At 4:10 p.m., the host played congratulatory videos from major development companies, architectural design firms, law firms, fund companies, and Auriton Group’s Melbourne, Sydney, Chongqing, Wuhan, and Guangzhou branches.

At 4:30 p.m., the host invited a representative of immigrant clients who have already settled in Australia to share their experiences of living there. The lucky winner of the grand opening prize, a luxurious trip for two to Australia, was announced amidst enthusiastic applause and well-wishes from the audience.

At 5:00 p.m., leaders of the group company took the stage for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Subsequently, all attendees gathered on stage for a group photo.

Finally, the host announced the successful conclusion of the opening ceremony for Auriton Group’s Beijing branch. This was followed by a networking session and free consultations in the reception area.
